A Word from the CEO

The automobile industry is currently experiencing a once in 100 year fundamental change.
At this critical point in time, I wish to transfer to the next generation, engineering and manufacturing experience and skills, the origin of Japanese economic success.
With this in mind, I have launched K-Vision and taken on the challenge to ;

Create unique competitiveness (forming a hybrid of strengths taken from the Japanese way and the latest in global technologies and methodologies)
Create a new engineering and manufacturing industry model based on cross-border, cross-industry, worldwide information and processes
Expand the development of Human Resources by deepening mutual understanding between on the ground resources and management and executives.

The K in K-Vision, comes from my name "Ken". However, it also represents "intuition", "experience", "courage" in Japanese, and at the same time, the first letters of "research", "development", "management", words that I have a strong affinity for. Vision represents "a high level perspective", and "envisioning the future" and is to express my eagerness for social contribution regardless of the field of work. I look forward to collaborating with colleagues and business owners with who these thoughts resonate, and will make best efforts to transform and vitalize the engineering and manufacturing industry and to develop human resources that represent its foundation.

Business Style and Approach

Consultants in the engineering and manufacturing industry are often regarded as evangelists who introduce concepts and trend words from overseas, such as MBD, IoT, and Industry4.0.

"Consultant" are recognised for providing documentation materials, advice and suggestion, facilitation in meetings, introduction of tools and installation.
"Partner" are seen as the consultants seniors, on the "management side" of consultant.

K-Vision is a group of experts who have a strong understanding and respect of ground level expertise, and also extensive experience of development and consulting on leading edge projects in engineering and manufacturing.
